Maximumrocknroll #103: "...As in many punk rock club tradition the club we played in, the Crazy Horse, used to double as a crack factory yet closed after the owner started to resort to paying his bands in crack. Now Allen is in control were he books shows in addition to managing some funky stores where you can buy fuzzy swimsuits, Doc Martens, records, etc. However we didn’t get a chance to visit either of them. Headliners, GREEN DAY arrived late but most people still liked them anyway. We went to a party after the show and then rested our weary bones at a woman named Connie’s house. Her roomate plays in this extra hip local band called PSYCHIK NOT who arc kind of a cross between the Descendents & Soul Asylum."
