Aaron Cometbus: "Picked up the sitting audience members and moved them in front of stage. Got scared from diving into chairs, then threatened by goon bouncer who wanted a free t-shirt."
InWeekly: "Green Day's first show in Pensacola was in 1990 at The Nite Owl. According to legend and their roadie Aaron Cometbus, less than a dozen people saw Green Day's first show. The crowd was so small Cometbus had to push people into the band to get "the crowd" to move away from the wall and get closer to the band."
